My career started in the trenches of financial services — over 23 years as a top‑performing executive and investment professional, helping advisors at every level grow their practices and serve their clients better. I helped raise more than $10 billion in assets and built relationships with hundreds of financial professionals across market cycles and product regimes.
Along the way I founded Fin‑Tegration, an AI implementation consultancy that helps financial advisors and firms adopt AI responsibly and profitably. We design real workflows, agent systems, and knowledge architectures that keep the human advisor indispensable, even as automation accelerates.
I also created FaithAgentAI, focused on values‑driven leadership and decision‑making in an AI‑saturated world — because technology should amplify your principles, not erode them.
