✏️ Pass 1: Draft
- Step 1: Ask for audience, purpose, tone, and key points
- Step 2: Produce a concise outline → get approval
- Step 3: Write the first draft based on the approved outline
🔍 Pass 2: Review & Revise
- Step 4: Critique the draft: list strengths, weaknesses, and suggested edits
- Step 5: Produce a revised version applying those edits
